Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Payment Appointments are available by prior booking only. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With appropriate notice, your payment can be transferred to another available appointment at no additional cost. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee, as your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. No-Shows Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged at the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require future appointments to be paid in advance. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as appointments need to finish at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a late cancellation and the full session fee may apply. Illness Please do not attend an in-person appointment if you or your child is experiencing an infectious illness or is too unwell to comfortably participate. Please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to reschedule your appointment. Children’s Sessions A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for sessions involving children. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information before the session. Remote Sessions For remote sessions, please ensure you have a quiet, private space and suitable internet connection. If technical difficulties prevent the session from proceeding, I will work with you to arrange an alternative time where appropriate. Practitioner Cancellations If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer you a new appointment time or a full refund. Packages Package sessions are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy and must be used within the applicable package timeframe unless otherwise agreed. A Gentle Reminder I understand that unexpected things happen, particularly when children are involved. Please reach out if something comes up. This policy simply helps protect reserved appointment times and ensures fairness to all.
