I'm Natalie, a Family Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist, and most importantly, a mother to three beautiful boys.

My journey into kinesiology began through my own experiences as a mother, searching for natural and holistic ways to support the health, wellbeing, and emotional needs of my family.

 

Through kinesiology, I discovered the profound connection between our emotions, energy, and physical health, and witnessed first hand the incredible transformations that can occur when we address the root cause of stress and imbalance.

Today, I am passionate about helping mothers, children, and families create greater harmony, resilience, and wellbeing in their lives.

 

I understand the challenges that motherhood can bring and the deep desire we have to help our children thrive.

 

My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where families can uncover and release emotional stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their body's natural ability to heal.

Through gentle, personalised kinesiology sessions, I help clients navigate emotional challenges, stress, behavioural concerns, life transitions, and energetic imbalances so they can experience greater calm, confidence, and wellbeing.
